Join our client's team as an
Associate Buyer
and take ownership of critical procurement functions that power our operations. From managing end-to-end purchasing to building strong supplier relationships, you'll play a key role in ensuring high-quality, cost-effective, and timely sourcing of materials and services.
Key Responsibilities Manage the full
Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
process for materials, OPEX, and services-ensuring compliance, cost efficiency, and quality. Lead
RFQs, negotiations , and purchase order (PO) creation using SAP; resolve payment and invoice issues promptly. Collaborate with internal teams to procure labware, chemicals, and operational supplies aligned with technical requirements. Build and maintain strong
vendor relationships ; negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery timelines. Evaluate and onboard alternative suppliers to
diversify the supply base
and reduce risk. Monitor supplier performance and implement
corrective actions
as needed. Use data tools to analyze
spending, inventory, and procurement trends
for process improvements. Ensure
logistics coordination
for timely delivery and avoid stockouts. Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Qualifications
3+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or vendor management. High school diploma/GED required; Bachelor's or Diploma in Chemical/Engineering preferred. Hands-on experience with
SAP , Microsoft Suite, and procurement systems. Strong analytical, negotiation, and cross-functional communication skills. Knowledge of
supply chain, inventory management , and compliance best practices.

Salary $60,000 - $80,000
