provides USCYBERCOM with SETA support to include the application of cyber acquisition and program management expertise resulting in superior performance of command-wide programs and operations. Our support furthers the USCYBERCOM mission to unify the direction of cyberspace operations, strengthen DoD cyberspace capabilities, and integrate and bolster DoD's cyber expertise.
We are seeking an experienced
Logistics Manager
with a proven track record in successfully managing large-scale MILCON (Military Construction) projects from initiation through completion. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the MILCON process, strong financial and program management skills, and the ability to ensure compliance with DoD, USACE, and OSD requirements.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee all logistics and program management aspects of assigned MILCON projects. Manage the full MILCON lifecycle, including: Requirements Analysis Feasibility Study development Building Design coordination DD Form 1391 creation and validation Construction RFP generation and acquisition planning Oversight and collaboration with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Compliance with OSD construction reporting requirements
Develop, manage, and monitor the MILCON funding process, including:
WHIP curve generation and analysis Incremental funding strategies Budget forecasting, allocation, and execution tracking
Provide comprehensive program status updates to senior leadership and stakeholders. Ensure all project activities align with schedule, cost, and performance objectives. Requirements
Active TS/SCI w/ CI Poly required. Master's degree in relevant field and minimum of 10 years of related experience. In lieu of a master's degree, a bachelor's degree with an additional experience may be substituted. Demonstrated experience in successfully managing a large-scale MILCON project from start to finish. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with all phases of the MILCON process. Deep understanding of MILCON funding requirements, including WHIP curve development, incremental funding, and budgeting. Proven ability to coordinate with USACE, OSD, and other government stakeholders. Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Engineering, Program Management, or related field (Master's preferred). Active security clearance or ability to obtain one. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite products.
