Summary: As a Talent Acquisition Partner focusing on them you will leverage your interpersonal skills, strategic mindset, and in-depth knowledge of world-class talent acquisition strategies to solve problems and target opportunities. You will focus on identifying highly qualified individuals & aligning with our core values and competencies for management and salaried positions (white collar).
Responsibilities:
Accompanying hiring managers regarding recruiting strategies and practices that support the goals and direction of the organization, leveraging data to drive decision-making. Recruiting, interviewing, checking references, making offers, and communicating orientation and start date plans for new employees. Utilizing the applicant tracking system (workday), Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools, and industry-leading sourcing technologies to deliver the most qualified candidates for current roles and building strong candidate pipelines for future roles. Developing plans for sourcing appropriate and diverse candidates, conducting the interview process, and extending offers to select candidates while maintaining an effective cost per hire.
Skills:
Must be fluent in Engineering (Electrical or others) or Product Management hiring Proven track record of success in an in-house recruitment or sourcing role within a corporate environment. Strong time management and organizational skills Proficient in stakeholder management and excels in timely, effective communication. Keeps accurate records of actions taken and decisions made. Must have a relevant bachelor's degree in HR, Business subject or relevant work experience. Understand and is adaptable to an international environment
Pay Transparency:
The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is:
$43.00 - $44.00/hr.
Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, 10 paid days off, 401(k) plan participation, commuter benefits and life and disability insurance.
