Aditi Consulting is hiring: Recruiting Coordinator in Irving

Payrate: $24.00 - $25.00/hr.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule interviews, prepare and distribute related materials.
• Coordinate recruiting and staffing activities related to attracting, selecting, hiring, and onboarding talent.
• Provide administrative and operational support throughout the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners to communicate hiring progress with leaders and candidates
• Initiate and track pre-employment checks.

Qualifications:

• Years of experience: 2-3 years preferred
• Attention to Detail: Ability to complete tasks with precision and accuracy.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and embracing change.
• Focus: Strong ability to stay on task and manage responsibilities effectively.
• Relationship Management: Skilled at building and maintaining professional relationships

Desired Skills:

• Would need a basic understanding of Excel, however a deep understanding of Outlook Calendaring.
• Prior experience managing calendars and scheduling events.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other web-based applications used in recruitment.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $24.00 - $25.00/hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, 10 paid days off, 401(k) plan participation, commuter benefits and life and disability insurance.
