We are currently seeking a

Registration Specialist/Nurse Assistant

for our clinical team. This role is a unique blend of clerical/receptionist responsibilities and hands-on clinical support, depending on the candidate's skillset and certification (CNA, MA, PCT, etc.).

In this role, job duties include but are not limited to:

Registration Responsibilities:

First point of contact for patients-responsible for welcoming and registering patients. Receives and interviews patients and their families to obtain demographic and insurance data. Distributes registration information to appropriate departments. Researches missing or inaccurate patient information and makes corrections. Obtains signatures on necessary forms and consents. Requests referrals and/or recertifications from providers. Explains payment policies and accepts payments when applicable. Handles phone calls professionally and efficiently. Scans, files, and faxes documents as needed. Nurse Assistant Responsibilities (if certified):

Rooms patients and prepares them for examinations. Assists with patient transfers to exam tables, wheelchairs, and other areas. Records vitals and other patient information from electronic equipment. Stocks and maintains clinical supplies. QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or GED required Registration experience preferred CNA, MA, PCT, or similar certification preferred if performing Nurse Assistant duties Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Basic computer and customer service skills Detail-oriented and organized Must be able to multitask in fast-paced environments
