Position Overview We're seeking a Clinical Director/BCBA who brings deep Washington-state expertise in insurance-funded ABA therapy and is excited to help build and scale a high-quality clinical program from the ground up. This is an ideal role for an entrepreneurial BCBA who wants to shape clinical standards, mentor a growing team, and contribute to product and process innovation. The initial engagement will be as a 1099 contractor with strong interest in an equity track as the company grows. Key Responsibilities Lead and scale clinical programs, ensuring adherence to WA-specific payer and regulatory requirements and best practices in ABA. Oversee assessment, treatment planning, supervision, and outcomes management for a growing caseload and team. Supervise, mentor, and develop BCBAs, RBTs, and technicians; establish high-caliber training and QA processes. Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field. 3+ years of experience practicing as a BCBA in Washington State with excellent knowledge of WA insurance-funded ABA (payer policies, authorization processes, documentation, and compliance). Prefer 5+ years total clinical experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity. Demonstrated success building or improving clinical programs, supervision systems, and outcomes tracking. Strong communicator with collaborative leadership style and commitment to high ethical standards. Passion for leveraging technology to improve access, quality, and efficiency of care. Compensation & Structure
