We are seeking a seasoned Clinical Director (BCBA) to lead our Durham team. This leadership role combines clinical expertise with staff development and operational oversight. You will mentor and support a team of BCBAs and RBTs, cultivate a culture of excellence and teamwork, and ensure every child receives individualized, ethical, and effective care. Responsibilities
Oversee all clinical operations at the Durham clinic to deliver consistent, high-quality ABA services Create, review, and refine treatment plans grounded in best-practice, evidence-based approaches Provide supervision, coaching, and professional support for BCBAs and RBTs Analyze client data to track progress and adjust treatment strategies when needed Collaborate with families to ensure therapy goals connect with real-world needs at home and in the community Ensure compliance with BACB ethical standards, HIPAA, and company policies Partner with leadership on clinic initiatives and contribute to broader organizational goals What You Bring
North Carolina LBA license (or eligibility to obtain) Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field Minimum 5 years of ABA experience, including 1–2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity Proven ability to lead teams with empathy, professionalism, and clear communication Strong clinical judgment and a commitment to ethical, individualized care Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills What We Offer
