Alliance CAS is a dynamic debt collection agency specializing in serving homeowners' associations and condominiums throughout the southeastern United States. We are a fast-paced, growth-focused company seeking to expand our team with a Business Development Executive dedicated to growing our footprint in South Florida. This role provides an excellent opportunity for individuals to enhance their sales and client relationship skills and grow with a dedicated team.

The Business Development Executive will play a crucial role in serving and expanding our client base and active file count in the South Florida territory. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to translate complex processes into easy-to-understand solutions for our clients. A positive attitude and a team-player mindset are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Include but are not limited to: Prospecting & Lead Generation : Identify and research potential customers by cold calling, emailing, networking and industry events. Relationship Building : Visit clients at their place of business and develop long-term relationships with decision makers and key stakeholders. Sales Presentations & Demonstrations : Deliver presentations that illustrate the value of our service to potential clients. Close Deals : Prepare contracts and drive for execution. Territory & Pipeline Management : Take ownership of growth in the South Florida territory maintaining a healthy pipeline in our CRM (HubSpot) and prioritize opportunities with the highest volume of delinquent accounts aimed at meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets. Market Intelligence : Stay up to date on competition, industry trends, and customer needs providing feedback to internal teams. Collaboration with Internal Teams : Work closely with internal teams and partner with Solutions & Success to onboard and pass off new clients to Operations. Travel & Networking : Regular travels within the territory to meet clients, attend trade shows, industry events, and networking events. Flexibility:

Attend board meetings as required, including those that occur after normal working hours. Other Responsibilities:

Qualifications

Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred but not required with relevant experience Proven success in outside sales, business development, or a similar client-facing role Experience with real estate/property management and community associations is preferred Skills & Competencies:

Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing abilities Excellent interpersonal, networking, and relationship-building skills Effective communication and presentation skills in both English and Spanish, with the ability to influence decision-makers across diverse audiences Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple accounts and priorities Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to handle objections and rejection constructively Ability to travel regularly within assigned territory Benefits:
