Travel Nursing Job Details

• Location: Scottsbluff, NE 69361 (Nebraska healthcare jobs)
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Shift: 12-hour rotating shifts; 4x10s schedule
• Call: Every 4th-5th weekend on call and one weeknight per week on call
• Start Date: September 22, 2025
• End Date: December 22, 2025
• Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2200-$2360

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Nebraska or compact state preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room (OR RN) experience
• Experience in orthopedic and neurosurgical OR procedures required (Level 1 or Level 2 OR experience preferred)
• BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• Ability to participate in weekday and weekend on-call rotations
• Excellent communication, clinical, and teamwork skills

OR RN Responsibilities

• Deliver perioperative nursing care in the operating room, including scrub and circulate roles
• Assist with orthopedic and neurosurgical surgeries as part of a multidisciplinary surgical team
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain strict sterile technique and adhere to infection control protocols
• Respond promptly to emergency situations and participate in on-call rotations
• Accurately document patient care and surgical procedures
• Demonstrate high standards of nursing performance and professionalism
