Endoscopy RN Job Details

• Location: Atlanta, GA 30342 – Georgia healthcare jobs
• Setting: GI Lab – Endoscopy nursing
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks (10/27/2025 – 1/24/2026)
• Shift: 10-hour day shifts, 4 days/week (7:00am – 5:30pm)
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $1820 - $1870
• Employment Type: Travel nurse, Locum Tenens

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• 2+ years of recent experience as an Endoscopy RN or GI Lab nurse
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – Georgia or compact state
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications
• Ability to work 2 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, or New Year’s Day) and 1 minor holiday (Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year’s Eve) during assignment
• No local candidates within 50 miles of Atlanta, GA

Endoscopy Nurse Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care for endoscopic procedures: colonoscopies, EGDs, ERCPs, EUS, and bronchoscopies
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure safe, effective clinical support
• Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures; respond promptly to changes in patient status
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with hospital protocols and safety standards
• Support GI and Pulmonology service lines, including colorectal and bariatric surgery cases
