We are seeking a compassionate ICU RN to join our team in Fort Walton Beach, FL. The role involves providing high-quality care to critically ill patients, performing clinical assessments, and managing treatments independently. The position offers flexible shifts, a sign-on bonus, and competitive pay.

Position Details

• Location: Ft. Walton Beach, FL 32547
• Shifts Available: Nights, Days, Mixed (Rotating Weekends)
• Pay Range: $26.40/hr - $39.60/hr
• Shift Differentials: $4.25/night/hour
• Specialty Differentials: $1.50/hour
• Sign-on Bonus: $15,000

Responsibilities

• Advocate for patients and families, ensuring privacy and confidentiality
• Educate patients and families on medications and treatments
• Provide focused, continuous improvement-oriented care

Qualifications

• 1+ year of ICU or PICU experience within the last 3 years
• Florida RN license or eligibility to obtain it prior to start
• BLS certification; ACLS within 6 months of hire
• Preferred: BSN, CCRN

Additional Requirements

• Obtain BLS, ACLS, Nonviolent Crisis Intervention, and Trauma Nursing Core Course within 90 days of employment
• Associate Degree in Nursing required
