ER RN Job Details – Fayetteville, AR

• Assignment Type: Locum tenens (travel nursing contract)
• Location: Fayetteville, Arkansas 72703
• Healthcare Setting: Emergency Department (ED)
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks (Start: 09/22/2025 – End: 12/22/2025)
• Shift: 12-hour days (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
• Hours per Week: 36
• Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $1,320 - $1,410

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arkansas or multistate compact RN license
• Minimum 3 years of recent Emergency Room (ER) or Emergency Department RN experience
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS
• Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and patient assessment skills

ER Nurse Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department
• Utilize the Nursing Process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Demonstrate leadership and sound clinical judgment in emergency situations
• Maintain clinical competencies through ongoing education and training
• Delegate patient care tasks appropriately based on staff education and experience
• Supervise and provide direction to assigned healthcare personnel
