RN SUPERVISOR

Duties Include:

1. Responsible for oversight of the facility and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
2. Maintains nursing guidelines that are appropriate.
3. Establishes a compassionate environment by providing support to residents, families, and employees.
4. Maintains a safe and clean working environment.
5. Maintains resident confidentiality by monitoring confidential information processing.
6. Maintains a cooperative relationship among the interdisciplinary team.

Requirements/Qualifications:

1. Must hold a current RN license in the state of NJ.
2. LTC experience preferred.
3. Basic computer skills.
4. Excellent communication skills.

Shifts: 3p-11p

Salary: $40 to $42 an hour.
