RN SUPERVISOR

Duties Include:

• Responsible for oversight of the facility and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Maintains nursing guidelines that are appropriate.
• Establishes a compassionate environment by providing support to residents, families, and employees.
• Maintains a safe and clean working environment.
• Ensures resident confidentiality by monitoring confidential information processing.
• Maintains a cooperative relationship among the interdisciplinary team.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Must hold a current RN license in the state of NJ.
• LTC experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

Shifts: 3p-11p

Salary: $40 to $42 an hour.
