Accounting Manager

to lead our accounting team and oversee all general accounting functions. This leadership role is critical in ensuring accurate

consolidated financials , managing

intercompany transactions , and maintaining strong internal controls within a multi-entity environment. balance, pay, management, culture, and opportunities for advancement. Accounting Manager Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes for multiple entities. Prepare and review

consolidated financial statements

and ensure accuracy and timeliness. Oversee and reconcile

intercompany transactions

and eliminations. Manage day-to-day operations of the accounting team, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger functions. Ensure adherence to GAAP and company accounting policies. Develop and implement internal controls and process improvements. Support audits and ensure timely completion of audit requests. Work cross-functionally with operations, finance, and executive teams to support strategic initiatives. Provide

strong leadership

by mentoring, coaching, and developing the accounting team. Accounting Manager Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 6+ years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory responsibilities. Experience with

multi-entity consolidations

and

intercompany accounting . Industry experience in

construction and/or manufacturing

is strongly preferred. Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Sage, NetSuite, or similar). Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and drive process improvement. Salary: $115,000-$140,000 #INAUG2025 #ZRCFS #LI-BO1
