Overview
Their day to day will be support Global Data Privacy requests received. This involves managing their queue, research within our landscape for accounts, documenting what was located, actioning the request made, closing out their ticket. There will be a weekly team meeting to attend where they can share what they are seeing within their queue and how things are progressing for them.
Responsibilities
Manage the Global Data Privacy requests queue.
Research within our landscape for accounts and document findings.
Action requests and close tickets.
Attend weekly team meetings to share queue status and progress.
Qualifications
College Degree
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Demonstrated ability to pay attention to detail
Willing to be onsite 2 days per week (first month 3 days per week)
Basic understanding of executing SQL statements; they won’t be writing SQL queries but that’s a plus
