Do your technical aviation skills give you the expertise to identify and technically screen for job skill proficiency in maintenance aviation? Are you looking for an opportunity to build and execute a recruiting strategy and the confidence to represent ST Engineering at career fairs, community outreach events, and college campuses? If so, join our team as an Aviation Maintenance Technical Recruiter. Responsibilities

Develop and implement a strategic plan for reaching out to talent in the aviation maintenance industry. Build a pipeline of qualified aviation maintenance professionals. Conduct, attend, train and speak at informational sessions, workshops, networking events, industry conferences, and career fairs. Source, interview, and evaluate candidates for various positions, with a primary focus on aviation maintenance roles. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and preferences. Identify and implement best practices for attracting and retaining diverse talent in aviation maintenance roles. Generate and maintain reports to track and evaluate the effectiveness of veteran outreach and recruitment efforts. Recommend employment decisions for candidates to management. Be aware of and comply with all legal requirements and ST Engineering policies. Maintain confidentiality as required. Qualifications

3 years experience in recruiting and developing recruitment strategies, especially in aviation maintenance or a related industry. Deep understanding of the aviation maintenance industry landscape and technically skilled to identify and screen qualified talent. Exceptional communication skills to engage and inspire potential candidates. Strong ability to keep hiring managers on track with reviewing resumes, interviewing, and approving offers. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet hiring metrics. Strong organizational and time management skills. Preferred: A bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant experience may be considered in place of preferred education. Benefits
