We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our HR team. This role supports the end-to-end recruiting process through applicant screening, administrative coordination, data reporting, and candidate communication. Additionally, this role processes purchase orders, tracks recruitment expenses, maintains training materials, and keeps the teams SharePoint site organized. Talent Acquisition Coordinator

supports the entire recruitment lifecycle by providing administrative and operational support, including screening applicants, coordinating logistics, generating reports, and maintaining communication with candidates. The role also manages purchase orders, expenses, training materials, and SharePoint site organization, serving as a key point of contact for candidates and stakeholders to ensure a smooth hiring process. Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure compliance Generate and analyze recruitment reports using Excel Assist with job postings, applicant screening, and ATS management Coordinate interview schedules and communications Manage the shared email inbox and candidate phone line Support TA leadership with administrative tasks and budget tracking Update training materials and SharePoint resources Track recruitment metrics and support process improvements Assist with onboarding, background checks, and pre-employment activities Support recruitment events and projects Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders What YOU Need: Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or related field 2+ years in recruiting, HR admin, or support roles Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data organization) Excellent multitasking, time management, and organizational skills Strong communication skills High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Experience with ATS and SharePoint preferred Discretion handling confidential information YOU Get More Than Just Compensation With US: 401K with company match Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance Disability and Life Insurance PTO and leave benefits Career development opportunities We value diversity and are committed to an inclusive workplace.
