Participate in a 2-month training program with experienced Recruiters and Account Executives to boost your career in IT recruiting Work closely with a Team Lead to perfect your skills in sourcing, interviewing, and submitting candidates Gain experience cold calling, interacting with, and prospecting new business Gain a foundation for Optomis recruiting and sales process to eventually move into an Account Executive role Connect with clients/companies in the Atlanta market to learn about their business needs and problems through phone calls, in-person meetings, coffees, lunches, etc. Develop strong partnerships with key clients by informing them who Optomi is and how we can be the ideal partner for their business needs Be the point-of-contact for all hiring needs between the client and recruiting team (interview feedback, updates, coordination, etc.) Maintain and develop your own book of business through excellent written and verbal communication with clients Qualifications / Basic Requirements
0-1 years of professional experience Training provided Drive and determination to succeed Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and innovative environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills The ability to develop strong and genuine relationships with our customers and consultants MacBook Pro or MacBook Air computers Willingness to be part of a fundamental change in the staffing industry Core values to include community involvement for both charitable and professional involvement Promote-from-within philosophy Industry-leading, innovative technology used for candidate submissions Earned performance incentives Employment details
