Macgregor Black is partnering with a leading consumer goods company on the search for a Head of Brand . This is a permanent, hybrid role based in Irwindale, United States .

As the Head of Brand , you’ll be responsible for developing and executing strategies to strengthen brand awareness, consistency, and loyalty. You will be leading marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with core values, and managing brand events to deliver seamless, impactful experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement brand strategies that align with business objectives and growth goals.
  • Create and execute annual brand plans, setting clear marketing objectives, initiatives, and budgets.
  • Align with senior leadership and the wider marketing team to ensure consistency and execution of plans.
  • Analyze market dynamics to inform product development, pricing, and promotional tactics.
  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, print, streaming, social, etc.).
  • Collaborate with creative teams, media agencies, and partners to deliver compelling communications.
  • Drive successful product launches with effective go-to-market strategies.
  • Plan and execute brand events, launches, and activations.
  • Manage event logistics from vendor coordination to on-site execution.
  • Manage the marketing budget to maximize ROI through cost-effective resource allocation.
  • Report regularly on brand health, market performance, and ROI, providing actionable insights.
  • Mentor and coach the assistant brand manager to build expertise and ensure alignment with brand objectives.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or other related field (MBA preferred).
  • CPG experience is ideal.
  • Ability to travel more than 10 times per year.
  • Experience in leading eCommerce platforms and digital marketing (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO/SEM, email marketing).
  • Skilled in Google Suite and related tools.
  • Proven success in managing brand campaigns and events with a strong grasp of brand strategy, storytelling, and consumer behaviour.
  • Highly organized with exceptional project management, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
