LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a professional services organization in Nashville, TN to fill a Recruiting Coordinator position. This is a direct hire opportunity offering a competitive salary range of $60,000-$65,000 annually. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, professional environment.
- Location: Nashville, TN
- Type: Direct Hire
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm CST (occasional weekends during busy season)
- Salary Range: $60,000-$65,000/year
- Coordinate logistics for entry-level and experienced legal hiring, including interview scheduling, documentation, and feedback collection
- Review incoming resumes from various sources and route appropriately within the recruiting team
- Conduct research and compile candidate profiles for internal review
- Manage pre-interview compliance steps, including conflict checks in coordination with internal departments
- Draft offer letters and assist with onboarding documentation
- Support planning and execution of recruiting-related events and summer associate programming
- Maintain and ensure accuracy of applicant tracking system data
- Assist with firm-wide recruiting initiatives and reporting projects
- Track hiring outcomes and contribute to data analysis for future planning
- Promote open legal roles through approved channels
- Provide occasional support to the broader talent management team
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Prior experience in legal recruiting or professional services strongly preferred
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail and discretion when handling sensitive information
- Comfortable interacting with senior professionals and entry-level candidates alike
