LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a professional services organization in Nashville, TN to fill a Recruiting Coordinator position. This is a direct hire opportunity offering a competitive salary range of $60,000-$65,000 annually. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, professional environment.

  • Location: Nashville, TN
  • Type: Direct Hire
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm CST (occasional weekends during busy season)
  • Salary Range: $60,000-$65,000/year
Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate logistics for entry-level and experienced legal hiring, including interview scheduling, documentation, and feedback collection
  • Review incoming resumes from various sources and route appropriately within the recruiting team
  • Conduct research and compile candidate profiles for internal review
  • Manage pre-interview compliance steps, including conflict checks in coordination with internal departments
  • Draft offer letters and assist with onboarding documentation
  • Support planning and execution of recruiting-related events and summer associate programming
  • Maintain and ensure accuracy of applicant tracking system data
  • Assist with firm-wide recruiting initiatives and reporting projects
  • Track hiring outcomes and contribute to data analysis for future planning
  • Promote open legal roles through approved channels
  • Provide occasional support to the broader talent management team
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in legal recruiting or professional services strongly preferred
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
  • Strong attention to detail and discretion when handling sensitive information
  • Comfortable interacting with senior professionals and entry-level candidates alike
