LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a company based in Portland, OR, to find a dedicated HR Coordinator to join their team. In this role, you will support the HR department in day-to-day operations, assist with employee onboarding, and help maintain HR records and processes. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and contributing to a growing team.

Location: Portland, OR
Duration: Direct Hire
Hours/Schedule: Part-time, 30 hours per week
Compensation: $25-$35 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication
  • Support new hire onboarding and orientation activities
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
  • Assist with payroll preparation and benefits administration
  • Prepare HR reports and documentation as needed
  • Support compliance with company policies and local, state, and federal regulations
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in an HR support or administrative role preferred
  • Knowledge of HR processes, payroll, and benefits administration
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HR software
Pay Details: $25.00 to $35.00 per hour
