Peoplelink Staffing Solutions is seeking Manufacturing Assemblers in partnership with a prominent client in the Binghamton area within the manufacturing field.

Manufacturing Assembler Summary:
Shift: 1 st
Pay: $17

Manufacturing Assembler Job Responsibilities:

• Ability to adhere to written instructions, including manufacturing plans, drawings, and diagrams.
• Use hand tools and measuring instruments as part of daily responsibilities.
• Interpret and work from written assembly instructions, learn to interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Assemble cable products or other assigned items.
• Computer proficiency and familiarity with manufacturing software, utilize computer systems to log work activities and production data.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure workflow efficiency.
• Perform other duties or participate in special assignments as needed.

• Work effectively in a team and take direction from multiple sources, adapting to changing demands and assignments.

Manufacturing Assembler Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/ Equivalent.

• At least 6 months of experience in cable manufacturing.

• 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.

• Requires visual acuity and manual dexterity.
• Strong communication skills-both written and verbal.

• Capable of lifting 10lbs frequently, up to 35lbs occasionally, and heavier weights with assistance.
