Responsibilities Gather business requirements, and interpret them into practical technical solutions
Interact and coordinate with system developers and business subject matter experts on application changes, development, and deployment
Develop User Acceptance Test Scripts
Coordinate and conduct testing
Coordinate and deliver training
Create and maintain project plans
Perform other related duties as required and assigned
Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values
What You’ll Bring (Qualifications) Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
7+ years of relevant work experience
Must be highly proficient in Excel and Word
Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, mathematical skills and sound judgment
Financial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred
