CarePoint is seeking Board Certified/Board Eligible Internal Medicine Hospitalists for a full-time opportunity at HCA HealthONE Presbyterian St. Luke’s. This is a unique chance to work in a tertiary care facility with both teaching and non-teaching shifts—perfect for physicians who enjoy clinical variety in a collegial environment.

Partner-track position (3 years to full partnership) Competitive base salary of $230K–$240K, with extra shift pay, quarterly production bonuses, and tiered profit-sharing 14–16 shifts/month with a flexible block schedule Shift options:
> Days: 7a–7p > Swings: 3p–11p > Nights: 7p–7a
No ICU coverage or procedures required Manageable census with strong administrative and APP support Work at PSL, a centrally located Denver hospital with both academic exposure (resident teaching) and a community hospital feel Generous sign-on bonus Full malpractice coverage Group-based health, dental, and long-term disability insurance 401(k) with ability to maximize IRS contributions Unique schedule blend with teaching & non-teaching months Qualifications
