The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily human resources operations, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and development.
Collaborate closely with department leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals.
Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure compliance and deliver a positive employee experience.
Administer employee benefits programs, including regular updates and communications.
Advise and guide management on employee relations matters, including performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory standards through regular audits and reviews.
Monitor and promote employee satisfaction, and assist in improving employee retention.
Provide recommendations and guidance for employee development, supporting internal training and leadership development initiatives.
Continuously optimize HR processes to improve operational efficiency and service quality.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
5+ years' experience in Human Resources
Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
Attention to detail and good judgement
