We are seeking a Temporary Administrative Assistant to provide full-time, onsite support in a professional office environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage a variety of front desk and administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties
- Provide front desk coverage and greet visitors
- Prepare and manage written correspondence
- Handle incoming deliveries and mail
- Assist with meal set-up and clean-up for meetings
- Support departmental deadlines and processes
- Assist with Statement of Work (SOW) process setup
Required Qualifications
Education:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required
Experience:
- 3+ years of administrative assistant experience required
- Experience in a professional office setting strongly preferred
Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience with PeopleSoft Financials is a plus
