We are seeking a Temporary Administrative Assistant to provide full-time, onsite support in a professional office environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage a variety of front desk and administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties
  • Provide front desk coverage and greet visitors
  • Prepare and manage written correspondence
  • Handle incoming deliveries and mail
  • Assist with meal set-up and clean-up for meetings
  • Support departmental deadlines and processes
  • Assist with Statement of Work (SOW) process setup

Required Qualifications

Education:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required

Experience:

  • 3+ years of administrative assistant experience required
  • Experience in a professional office setting strongly preferred

Technical Skills:

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with PeopleSoft Financials is a plus
