Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and communications. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment and will be responsible for managing a high volume of emails, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth communication across the team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize a large volume of incoming emails (average of 200+ daily), ensuring timely responses and proper filing.
  • Provide professional and clear communication via phone and email.
  • Perform general office tasks such as scheduling, document management, and maintaining records.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Assist with team coordination and administrative support as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, or similar tools.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in managing high-volume email accounts.
  • Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.
  • Strong customer service orientation.

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
