Location
- Our office is located at 127 W Berry St, Fort Wayne, IN. The role can be hybrid with working both virtually and in person, though in person is preferred.
Hours
- Hours can be flexible to accommodate employee needs. The work load can start at full time or part time depending on employee preference and skillset.
Skills Needed
- Ideal candidate has commercial real estate experience of 1+ years with strong knowledge of leasing and selling commercial real estate. While commercial real estate is preferred, it is not a requirement for this position.
- Ideal candidate has an Indiana Real Estate Brokers License. If not, the candidate would need to be able to obtain this license during their employment.
- Detail oriented, organized, excellent communication skills, self-motivated, professional, high emotional intelligence, and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
- Able to learn quickly, adapt, and help the team find new ways to improve the client experience.
- Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and other software platforms.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Creating comparable sales and lease reports
- Respond to listing inquiries
- Assist with the drafting of Listing Agreements, Listing information sheets, Letters of Intent, Leases, Purchase Agreements
- Transaction Coordination
- Managing calendar, scheduling client meetings and property tours
- Handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
- Filing, database management, CRM upkeep

Pay
- Hourly pay with discretionary bonus. Payment rate is negotiable depending on experience and skillsets.
