Overview

A non-profit organization in Palm Beach County is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support their dynamic team. This is a contract role with strong potential to transition into a full-time opportunity offering professional growth.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, on-site

Flexibility: Occasional evenings and weekends required for fundraising events

Responsibilities

  • Preparing and typing correspondence and documents
  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Maintaining office organization and tidiness
  • Receiving and processing deliveries (including unpacking and moving boxes as needed)
  • Providing support to staff and adapting quickly to shifting priorities

Qualifications

  • Must thrive in an active, fast-paced office environment
