Role

Requirement: Software Tester — Forge requires a Software Tester to join our team supporting the U.S. Army. This individual will work side by side with scrum teams to understand requirements, review features, perform extensive integration tests, and document test scripts and results. They will work closely with developers to review results.

Responsibilities

• Work with SMEs and scrum teams to understand user stories
• Review implementation of user stories
• Perform integration testing, document test results and issues in user stories
• Review test results and demonstrate issues to development teams
• Rapidly answer questions for the development teams
• Maintain Active Security Clearance

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• US Citizen
• Five years of professional experience
• Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant discipline
• Experience with Jira
• Software experience with GitLab
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Experience documenting test results within a backlog

Highly Desired Qualifications:

• Scrum or SAFe certification
• Active Security Clearance
• CompTIA Security+ certification
• Appian experience (or other low-code platform)
• API experience
