Who are you? We are a baseball player development center with about 18K of new facility space and a large gym that needs to be built out.

Our client focus: occasional elementary schoolers and primarily middle school, high school, and college players who are looking to get to the next level, whether it be D1, D2, or D3 colleges or training to make a JV or Varsity team in high school.

Our goal: to observe the small details in form, discipline, and how to build our athletes into better performers. The strength and power generated must be converted to reaction time, balance, stability, core strength, lateral movement patterns, and speed (to name a few identifiable results).

We have several former pros who work with our crew and we need weekend warriors who can drop in early and train our athletes. Our culture is serving the obsessive athlete who wants to compete and perform at their optimal levels on the field for baseball. This means we need a strength coach who is equally or even more passionate about training, understands the human body, movement patterns, constantly learning to improve oneself, and is willing to communicate with our baseball instructors.

We primarily have baseball players in our gym and want to enhance baseball-specific skill sets through specific patterning or repetition. Creative models of training are welcome!

We need a strength coach who understands how to build strength, power, and speed training, mobility, agility drills, and focus on small and large muscle groups. We have notable collaborations with outside organizations across the US and it is a great opportunity to expand your own knowledge and network with our ventures. We have been in business for about 3 years and recently moved locations to accommodate our expanding clientele.

Our culture emphasizes putting our clients first, serving their needs and wants to the best of our ability. We value communication, the ability to converse comfortably within your craft, consistent delivery, and supporting one another through team meetings and engagements. We will host seminars on health and wellness topics. Since we are in build-out mode, this is a perfect opportunity for entrepreneurial spirits who can juggle multiple roles within a day as a trainer. Your hourly fee will depend on your qualifications.

If you have certifications and advanced degrees, this will increase your salary and offerings. We seek passionate, resolute problem solvers who can work through processes and plans as part of a team.

Benefits/Perks:

  • Career Advancement Opportunities
  • Flexible Scheduling: primary hours 3pm-9pm Monday-Friday and/or weekend days 9am-3pm, or create your own schedule
  • Competitive Compensation based on performance
  • Continuing Education
