Overview

Catbird NYC is looking to hire in-store Seasonal Stylists to join our retail team this holiday season. The Store Stylist is integral to the store experience, working directly with customers to create a warm, welcoming environment and provide the highest level of product education and styling recommendations. This is a seasonal position with part-time availability and weekend flexibility, ending in January 2026.

Responsibilities

• All aspects of customer service to create a welcoming, helpful buying experience
• Be knowledgeable about the full product assortment and educate customers on product knowledge and styling
• Style customers based on their preferences and needs
• Offer personalized suggestions that complement customer requests
• Assist managers in restocking, receiving, cleaning, and maintaining inventory and visual standards
• Create a positive final impression while ringing customers out on the Point of Sale system with accuracy and efficiency
• Conduct in-person and virtual wedding engagement and styling appointments

Our Ideal Candidate

• Retail experience required; jewelry experience is a plus
• Understands that customer service is the most important aspect of the role
• Nice, friendly, and easy to get along with
• Loves collaborating with a store team and enjoys connecting with people
• Enjoys styling and making product recommendations

Compensation: $20/hr
