Job Overview: Receptionist
Provide front desk and administrative support in a professional office environment. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting visitors, managing calls, handling mail and security badges, supporting meetings/events (room setup, catering), and assisting with document preparation and office tasks.
Base pay range
$20.00/hr - $25.00/hr
Qualifications
- 2+ years’ experience as a receptionist, office coordinator, or administrative assistant (corporate environment preferred)
- Strong customer service, communication, and multitasking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Teams and standard office equipment
- Able to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment
