What you’ll be doing

  • Serve as Point of Contact for Recruitment: Ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience
  • Coordinate and support internal company events, charitable initiatives, and other corporate-wide activities
  • Exhibit professionalism through courteous, fair, and respectful communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Foster a people-centered experience: engaging in friendly, energetic, and service-oriented interactions
  • Schedule interviews for internal associates and external candidates in coordination with the Talent Acquisition team

Qualifications

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • 1-2 years’ experience in customer service, administrative, retail, or talent acquisition
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment requiring listening, interpreting, typing, and computer skills
  • Motivated and self-directed with a customer service focus
  • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • High School Diploma or GED required
