Our client is currently seeking a remote experienced Chiropractic Recruiter to focus on the placement of staff. Our client is experiencing unprecedented growth.

Base pay range

$80,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr

This range is provided by Nelson Connects. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

What you will be doing

• Manage job postings, sourcing, screening candidates, interviewing, reference checks, all the way to offer management.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Create and maintain candidate pipeline for medical assistants, front desk coordinators, physicians, chiropractors, and chiropractor assistants.

What you bring

• Minimum 3 years of chiropractic recruiting experience. In all aspects of chiropractic placement of positions.
• Must be a self-starter, high energy, resourceful, responsible, flexible, and strong organization skills.
• Strong work ethic, relationship-building skills, and a track record of success.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across teams and with external partners.
