  • Leverage social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Reddit to drive recruitment marketing and outreach, while contributing to the growth of our employer brand through engaging content and creative campaigns
  • Manage the employee onboarding process, including coordinating new hire setup and conducting 30- and 60-day check-ins to ensure a smooth transition and strong employee experience
  • Support a variety of ad hoc HR administrative responsibilities, such as tracking employee expense reimbursements, planning team events, and managing Medicare credentialing for physical therapists

Requirements

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a clinical, medical, or healthcare setting
  • Proven success in sourcing and hiring for hard-to-fill or specialized roles
  • Experience with a variety of sourcing methods, including email campaigns, cold outreach, social media, and job boards
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with both active and passive candidates
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively with leadership, including direct partnership with the CEO
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM databases
  • Ability to travel occasionally for career fairs, networking events, or clinic visits
