Recruiter – Path to Client Manager

Remote – Must be based in Central Florida

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in recruiting with a clear pathway to a client management and sales role. The selected candidate will start by developing expertise in 4 Corner’s recruiting processes, gaining hands-on experience in sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates. Over time, they will transition into a Client Manager role, focusing on business development, account management, and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Learn and execute 4 Corner’s full-cycle recruiting process
  • Source, screen, interview, and place qualified candidates for client openings
  • Leverage AI tools and technology to identify top talent
  • Conduct professional reference checks and obtain referrals
  • Manage pre-employment activities, such as background checks and skill assessments
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the database
  • Support Client Managers by responding to client needs when they are unavailable

Progression Toward Client Management & Sales

  • Identify and develop relationships with potential clients through networking and LinkedIn engagement
  • Generate leads and set meetings for Client Managers
  • Research and stay up-to-date on hiring trends and local market conditions
  • Attend industry events and professional association meetings to build connections
  • Learn and master 4 Corner’s sales and account management processes
  • Over time, transition into a Client Manager role, taking ownership of client relationships and business development efforts

  • Ability to manage multiple high-volume recruiting projects while maintaining attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide creative solutions
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
  • A team-oriented mindset and a drive to contribute to company growth
