Position Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Executive Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you will manage the full life cycle of direct hire recruiting for mid- to senior-level roles across a variety of industries. You will partner with clients to define strategic hiring needs, develop tailored recruiting strategies, and maintain strong relationships that deliver long-term success.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with clients to analyze hiring needs and develop customized recruiting strategies.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified candidates across target industries and roles.
  • Conduct behavioral and competency-based interviews to evaluate talent.
  • Negotiate fee agreements and provide consultative guidance to clients.
  • Generate new business through client development, referrals, and networking.
  • Maintain subject matter expertise on industry trends and recruiting best practices.
  • Manage onboarding processes and ensure compliance with organizational and client requirements.
  • Track activity and results in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM platforms.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience recruiting mid- to senior-level professionals, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree OR 5+ years of professional work experience.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, solve problems, and deliver results.
  • Knowledge of employment law, recruiting trends, and best practices.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruiting systems (ATS/CRM).
  • Base Salary: $50,000 (unless otherwise outlined by state)
  • Incentives: Bonus and/or commission opportunities
