What You’ll Do

• Recruit for warehouse roles, manage candidate pipeline, schedule interviews, and ensure complete hiring packets
• Draft and issue disciplinary actions, manage HR email inbox
• Coordinate onboarding for new hires including I-9s, tax forms, direct deposit, HRIS setup, and safety training
• Track onboarding progress and ensure timely system entry
• Support engagement initiatives such as surveys, recognition programs, and internal events
• Collect and analyze data from engagement and exit interviews to recommend improvements
• Assist with communication strategies that promote collaboration and a positive work environment
