We’re looking for an Onsite - Office Assistant/ Engineering Operations Specialist for our client. If you have 5–10 years of experience in hardware development & production and PLM systems (e.g., Aras, Windchill, Arena), this is a great opportunity to grow your career with a company known for excellence.
What You'll Do
- Manage engineering documentation and ensure clarity across teams.
- Own and improve PLM processes and tools (e.g., BOMs, workflows).
- Lead weekly meetings to track engineering changes.
- Drive process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
- Coordinate across engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams.
- Support product delivery schedules and provide status updates.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in engineering or hardware production.
- Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
- Hands-on experience with PLM systems (e.g., Aras, Windchill, Arena).
- Detail-oriented and proactive problem solver.
- Experience in regulated industries is a plus.
- Physically able to work in office and near manufacturing equipment.
