Position Role Type: Onsite

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, with overtime on a business need basis.

What You Will Do

• Perform tack welding, assemble, and brazing processes on parts and assemblies to required tolerances.
• Determine layouts and welds parts to D17.1 and assemblies according to engineering drawings and specifications.
• Assemble parts using fixtures and hand tools; use Arbor Press, hydraulic press, wrenches, and vacuum furnaces.
• Operate hand tools, electrical tools, hand cutters, measuring equipment, and light equipment.
• Maintain inventory of product in work stations.
• Perform quality checks, identify defects, and record defects.
• Rework and/or repair assembled equipment and products per engineering specification changes.
• Adhere to quality standards and safety procedures; maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Lift up to 25 pounds, with/without reasonable accommodation; stand up to 8 hours per day.
• Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a high school diploma (or equivalent, e.g., GED in the US) or vocational/technical education in related discipline with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
