Overview

Seeking an Accounting Manager with Dynamics 365 experience!

Responsibilities

• Serve as the go-to expert for Dynamics 365 F&O, providing hands-on support, training, and guidance to business users during implementation.
• Lead and coordinate user acceptance testing with internal teams and implementation partners to ensure the system is ready for deployment.
• Transition into a full-time Accounting Manager role overseeing daily accounting operations and ensuring efficient use of D365 F&O.
• Manage, review, and mentor accounting staff, including preparing financial analysis, reconciliations, and month-end close activities.
• Ensure data integrity and alignment between D365 and financial reporting structures.
• Maintain the chart of accounts, journal entries, intercompany transactions, and account reconciliations.
• Support compliance initiatives, internal controls, and audit processes, including Sarbanes-Oxley documentation and testing.
• Identify opportunities to streamline reporting, enhance financial processes, and optimize the use of Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Lead multiple projects as assigned, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
• CPA is a plus
