Overview

Peterson Consulting Group seeks a seasoned Head of Recruiting Operations to lead our recruiting team and drive excellence for our well-established executive search firm in the construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage and mentor a team of recruiters to ensure optimal performance.
• Facilitate regular team meetings, set team objectives, and ensure delivery of KPIs.
• Identify training needs and facilitate onboarding for new hires.
• Design, plan, and execute advanced recruiting strategies to attract top executive talent within the construction industry.
• Monitor recruitment trends to keep the firm at the forefront of executive search solutions.
• Oversee relationships with recruitment software tools and ensure they are utilized efficiently.
• Manage relationships with job boards and other recruitment channels to maximize visibility for client roles.
• Monitor and evaluate new technologies and tools to keep the recruitment process state-of-the-art.
• Set clear metrics for recruitment performance and regularly review these with the team and senior leadership.
• Collect feedback from candidates and clients to continuously refine processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the construction sector.
• Deep understanding of recruitment technologies, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent writing and presentation skills.
• Adept at problem-solving and strategic planning.
• Computer savvy.
