Manufacturing Engineer– Technical Fibers Manufacturing

We’re seeking an experienced manufacturing professional with a strong background in fiber production and textile processes. 3 key areas:

• Lead process improvement & lean manufacturing initiatives
• Lead equipment oversight for fiber production

Key Responsibilities

• Lead safety, quality, and productivity improvement projects
• Oversee new equipment research, installation, and training
• Supervise and support technicians
• Manage preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs
• Drive ISO 9001:2015 & IATF 16949 compliance initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• US Citizen or a Green Card
• 6–8 years in fiber manufacturing and textile processes
• Mechanical/electrical knowledge preferred
• Strong project management, problem-solving, and team leadership skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
• Willingness to travel 10–20%

Location: 40 miles outside of Atlanta

Base pay range $110,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr
