What You Will Do

As a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer, you will play a leading role in building and scaling user-facing SaaS products. You’ll collaborate across product and design teams to drive high-impact feature development and infrastructure improvements.

Key responsibilities include:

• End-to-End Ownership: Lead development of critical backend services and frontend interfaces with a roughly 70/30 backend/frontend split.

• Collaboration: Partner with PMs, designers, and other engineers to design scalable, secure features that solve user problems.

• Integration Development: Build secure, seamless integrations between the platform and customers’ existing toolchains.

• Enterprise Tooling: Evolve internal and external admin features such as user management, authentication, sharing controls, and reporting.

• Problem Solving: Embrace ambiguity, iterate quickly, and help push the boundaries of the product experience.

Ideal Candidate Background

• Experience: 7+ years in full-stack engineering roles, having shipped robust, customer-facing products in high-scale SaaS environments.

• Technical Leadership: You’ve taken products from concept through production and are comfortable making architectural decisions.

• Strong Backend Focus: Deep expertise in Node.js is required, with recent production-level experience.

• Scalable Product Experience: Prior experience working on complex SaaS products with measurable user impact.

• Team Collaboration: Worked cross-functionally in product-led teams (PMs, design, data science) to deliver value.

• Mentorship: Passion for sharing knowledge and mentoring other engineers in both code and product strategy.

Preferred

• Experience at a top-tier VC-backed startup or a leading tech company (e.g., FAANG).

• Strong academic background, ideally with education from a top-ranked university .

• Familiarity with MongoDB/NoSQL , cloud infrastructure (AWS) , and ReactJS or other modern UI frameworks.

• Personal or professional interest in AI tools and trends—especially where it enhances engineering efficiency or product features.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary Range: $170,000 – $190,000 USD
