What You Will Do

As a Senior Software Engineer (Frontend) , you’ll play a critical role in shaping the user experience and driving the technical architecture of the platform’s visual and collaborative tools.

Key responsibilities include:

• Own & Build: Take full ownership of frontend components and infrastructure, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and easy to maintain.

• Enhance User Workflows: Build seamless, user-centric interfaces that integrate into the everyday workflows of researchers and enterprise customers.

• Collaborate Across Functions: Work with product managers, designers, and data scientists to define and execute on high-impact feature development.

• Admin Tooling: Expand the company’s suite of internal and external tools to improve account management, authentication, and usage insights.

• Innovate & Prototype: Bring creativity to ambiguous challenges and rapidly iterate on solutions that elevate product usability and clarity.

Ideal Background

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience , primarily focused on frontend development (approximately 70%) with additional backend contributions (30%).

• React expertise is a must —you’ve used it in recent production environments at scale.

• Experience scaling customer-facing SaaS platforms with measurable product impact and performance metrics.

• Proven ability to take a product from concept to production with a fast prototyping mindset.

• Experience at a top VC-backed startup or well-known tech company (e.g., FAANG) strongly preferred.

• Comfortable working full-time in a remote-first , fast-paced environment with asynchronous collaboration.

Preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent from a top-tier university (top 15 by CS ranking preferred).

• Strong familiarity with NodeJS/ExpressJS , AWS, and MongoDB/NoSQL database systems.

• Personal or professional experience using AI tools for productivity or experimentation.

• Passionate about empowering users through great design and technical craftsmanship.

• Strong cross-functional communication skills; enjoys working with product and design to bring ideas to life.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary Range: $170,000 – $190,000 USD annually
