Overview

Home Health RN Travel RN role at Stability Healthcare. Home Health nurses work with patients of various ages and backgrounds who require daily care in their homes. Most patients are elderly and/or terminally ill. Home Health nurses manage a heavy caseload and must have strong time-management and task-management skills. This position offers the opportunity to work outside a clinical setting with direct one-on-one patient assessment and care.

Responsibilities

• Manage a heavy caseload with prioritization and organization.
• Provide daily in-home nursing care and assessments for patients of diverse ages and backgrounds.
• Maintain high-quality patient care with a focus on safety and patient comfort.

Qualifications

• Active BLS from the American Heart Association
• Active professional license within the state of practice
• Specialty-related certifications are preferred and may be required for specific positions
• Experience as a home health nurse is required
• Some positions require previous experience in an acute care setting – ask your recruiter for details
• 2 years of experience required
