Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments

• Manage patient records, schedule appointments, and coordinate care with other healthcare providers

Qualifications

• Licensed as a registered nurse in the state where practicing (NCLEX-RN required) and meet any additional state requirements
• 2 years of experience required
