About Us

We are Reverberance , a Singapore-based non-profit Chinese wind and percussion ensemble. We're passionate about promoting traditional Chinese music through performances, education, and creative collaborations.

As our work continues to grow, we’re looking for a reliable and motivated Company Manager to help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. We’re a small but passionate team, and everyone pitches in to make each project a success. If you enjoy variety in your work, love the arts, and thrive in a collaborative environment, we love to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be at the heart of our operations, handling both day-to-day administrative tasks and the logistics for our shows. It’s a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience across different areas of arts management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the company’s daily administrative and operational functions
  • Coordinate and oversee all show logistics, including rehearsals, performances, and tours
  • Maintain accurate documentation for grants, reports, invoices, and internal records
  • Liaise with artists, crew, vendors, and venues to ensure smooth planning and execution of events
  • Support marketing and publicity efforts through relevant administrative tasks
  • Work closely with the Artistic Director and core team on planning and development
  • Track staff leave, off-days, and time-off claims related to shows and events

Working Hours

  • In-Office Days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
  • Off Day: Wednesday
  • Weekends & After-Hours:
    • Required to support weekend shows or events when scheduled
    • Weekday evening shows/events (outside of office hours) will count as one weekend commitment

Requirements

This role requires excellent organisational, communication, and time management skills.

We’re also looking for someone who:

  • Is well-organised and detail-oriented
  • Communicates well in both English and Chinese (helpful for working with Chinese-speaking partners)
  • Has experience in arts administration, event management, or production coordination (a bonus, not a must)
  • Can multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Has an interest for the arts and enjoys being part of a small, mission-driven team

Why Join Us?

While we may not be a big company, this role offers the chance to be involved in all aspects of running an arts organization from logistics to strategy. You’ll gain valuable hands-on experience, work closely with a passionate team, and contribute directly to our mission of keeping traditional Chinese music alive and relevant.
